ReeVo S.p.A. (ReeVo), a leading European Cloud and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), announces that it has acquired Hispasec Sistemas S.L. (Hispasec). Hispasec is a leading Spanish firm specialized in cybersecurity services, currently serving more than 300clients in Spain and LatAm.
The acquisition (i) confirms ReeVo’s ambition to become a relevant player in Spain, particularly for SMEs, (ii) represents an important step in ReeVo's international expansion and M&A plan, with the aim of tripling its turnover by 2030, and (iii) marks ReeVo’s first M&A step in Spain, building on existing local operations. It is the company’s second acquisition outside Italy and the fifth in the past two years.
The combination of Hispasec’s assets and expertise with ReeVo’s scalability, technical, and financial strengths permits reinforcing the cybersecurity services offered to the market, while preserving close local proximity.
Hispasec customers will benefit from the latest technologies, ongoing R&D investments, AI-enabled defenses, and secure, sovereign-by-design cloud options, providing enterprise-grade protection to Europe’s mid-market.
