Staff, the cloud as a model for growth and excellent collaboration
Errevi System's project with ReeVo Cloud that enabled Staff to embrace digital transformation.
A case of extraordinary digital excellence made in Italy
When it comes to work, the work of those agencies that enable supply to meet demand is increasingly fundamental. Staff is an employment agency, present in 12 Italian regions, created precisely to bring together those seeking employment and those offering it, on a stable or temporary basis. Staff recently blew out its 10 candles and won, for the fourth consecutive year, the 'Champions of Growth' award from the daily newspaper La Repubblica.
"Ten years ago we started with the project of building a company based on four offices. Today we have forty. - are the words of Michele Borghi, Managing Director of Staff. Along this path, it was fundamental for us to avail ourselves of partners who would follow our growth, on a rapid and dynamic path. One of the partners of reference is certainly Errevi System, which has always supported us in planning and solving our problems. Last year, we hired one person every three minutes. In 10 years we have hired 60,000 people and created 170,000 job opportunities”.
There was a time when Staff's management had raised the need to find a technological solution that would allow access to the various services to remain unaltered, regardless of the distance between branches, the number of users, and the resources, while at the same time guaranteeing maximum flexibility without being tied to an on-premise solution. "In evaluating a solution with our partner Errevi System, we took into account our continuous growth without neglecting fundamental aspects such as reliability and continuity of services," says Alberto Caccia, CTO of Staff. "Another of our requirements was to be able to delegate day-to-day management, such as monitoring and status of services, thus being able to concentrate on what is our core business. This project, realised with the various actors, provides Staff with that day-to-day working tranquillity that allows us to look forward to new projects".

For its part, Errevi System is accustomed to proposing technological solutions that best suit its customers' business needs. "We then sat down at the Staff table and analysed the initial needs and translated them into a project," emphasises Marco Carini, Managed & Cloud Service Manager at Errevi System. Right from the start it was clear that the best solution was to centralise all the services within the cloud, precisely to meet the need for resource availability, scalability, security and data protection.
